Sport Caerphilly has teamed up with Cardiff City FC’s Community and Education Foundation to launch a brand new initiative in Caerphilly county borough called ‘Football for All’.
‘Football for All’ training sessions will be offered at Caerphilly, New Tredegar and Pontllanfraith Leisure Centres for 4 to 11 year olds.
To celebrate this brand new initiative, a fantastic FREE launch event will be held at Caerphilly Leisure Centre on Thursday 3rd February from 4-6pm.
There will be special guest appearances from Cardiff City stars Darcy Blake and Aaron Ramsey who will be meeting the youngsters and signing autographs.
There will also be a number of activities on offer for children to take part in including a giant inflatable penalty shoot out against Cardiff City FC’s official mascot Bartley Bluebird.
4 v 4 matches and shooting competitions will also take place, as well as a Soccer Matrix competition, using a state of the art machine that measures the accuracy and speed of a range of passes.
All children will receive a certificate for taking part in the launch event – so why not bring your children along and join in the fun?
