Given the severity of the weather and the risk of freezing conditions overnight Cardiff City Council have decided that all local authority schools will be closed to pupils on Thursday, January 7. Faith based schools such as Church in Wales Schools and Catholic Schools will take their own decisions and inform parents of closures.
The following faith based schools will be closed 07/01/10:
- All Saints Church in Wales Primary
- Bishop Childs Church in Wales Primary
- Bishop of Llandaff High School
- St Joseph’s Primary
- St Paul’s Church in Wales Primary
- St Alban’s
- St Cadoc’s
- St Fagan’s
- St Francis
- St Patrick’s
- Christ the King
- Holy Family
- Tredegarville Church in Wales Primary
The situation will be monitored and a decision about Friday will be taken on Thursday and we will try and update you on this site.
