Posted on Sunday evening: We hope to open on Monday morning, 20th December, as there should be no problem with the heating. Safe access has been cleared from the gates to the hall door (all children should enter school here), but conditions in Bryndulais Avenue will be hazardous. Breakfast Club will operate as usual, but we suggest that, if possible, families delay setting off for school and aim to arrive any time up to mid morning. This will reduce the risk caused by heavy traffic in and around an icy car park. Staff, please take great care in the staff car park.
Snow is forecast for the morning so please bear in mind that it may be necessary to close the school during the day. Regular checks on forecasts are advised.
