Carols and Cakes, and two concerts to get you in the festive mood, will be served up in the Gallery Bar at the Coliseum Theatre, Aberdare on Wednesday, December 9, 2009.
Vocalist Jennifer Walker and pianist Rhiannon Pritchard will entertain at 11am and 1pm while the audience enjoys a tea, coffee and a mince pie or slice of Christmas log.
The festive shows, which cost £3 to attend, follow Rhondda Cynon Taf Cultural Services’ monthly ‘Songs & Scones’ concerts, which went down a treat with audiences.
Councillor Robert Bevan, Rhondda Cynon Taf‘s Cabinet Member for Culture and Recreation, said: “Carols and Cakes is a welcome addition to Cultural Services’ events programme this Christmas, so I hope many people will come along and enjoy the music.”
