Dudley Newbery has been S4C’s infamous Chef for the past 15 years and is currently filming his new series back in the UK travelling the farmers Markets of Wales.
He will be visiting the Riverside Market in Cardiff on Sunday May 9th with the aim of promoting local produce. The new series is using the farmers markets as a nucleus; allowing Dudley to visit local farms and producers using their produce to cook modern as well as traditional recipes.
Dudley will be cooking at the Riverside Market at 12.00 on Sunday the 9th and welcomes anyone from keen cooks to the inexperienced to come watch his demonstration. All ingredients used in his recipe will have been sourced from the Market so come along to experience the wealth of food available on your doorstep and to learn what to do with
