Denbighshire County Council has drawn up changes to parking restrictions in Rhyl town centre and will be asking people to have their say when the plans are made available next month.
In November 2008, Denbighshire County Council introduced changes to the parking restrictions.
The council has closely monitored the effect of these changes and people were invited to an event at the Pavilion Theatre to give their views on the changes.
The feedback from the consultation event and all other correspondence received by the Council on this matter have now been considered. As a result, the council is proposing some changes that could address some of the concerns raised.
The changes will be advertised formally in the local press over the coming weeks and on the streets affected.
On February 3, the council will begin a four week consultation on the proposed changes. Plans will be available for viewing at Rhyl Library and at the Town Hall from that date. The number of proposed changes mean that it is not possible to include full details of them in public notices and the council is encouraging those who feel may be affected by the proposals to view plans at one of the two locations.
