Changes will take place to a number of bus services in Caerphilly County Borough during January.
The current economic climate has resulted in fewer passengers travelling on the bus network in the county borough. This has caused Stagecoach in South Wales to review service provision in certain areas. The council has worked with bus operators to maintain a comprehensive network although there will be changes to some timetables and in some cases a different operator will provide the service.
In the Risca area, the network of routes over Ty Sign has been simplified to improve reliability whilst in Newbridge changes have been made to offer better connections with trains.
