Charities and voluntary organisations from across Swansea will be making a beeline for the Ffos Las Racecourse in Carmarthenshire early next month but it won’t be to try their luck on the horses.
The groups will instead be catching up on all the latest ways to attract funding for their organisations at the South West Wales Regional Funding Fair.
After the success of the first Regional Funding Fair in 2008, it was decided to run another event in 2010 so that third sector groups can access and benefit from free information and advice from national and regional funders.
The fair, which is supported by Swansea Council, is taking place on Tuesday June 8 from 10am to 4pm.
The event is free to attend with free parking at the venue. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. Please be aware that this is a limited capacity event and booking is advisable.
