A special Christmas event will be held in Llangollen on Friday 17 December.
In Plas Newydd there will be an evening of poetry, song and drama – all with mulled wine and mince pies – hosted by the “Ladies of Llangollen”.
At this very special event, you can enjoy the historic atmosphere of Plas Newydd with the ladies and their servant Mary Carryl and hear about Christmases past in Llangollen in the time of the ladies.
Lowri Williams, Clare Wall and Ruth Moore-Williams take the parts as guests can join in the singing and find out about the Ladies’ dramatic escape from the clutches of their families.
The event begins at 7 pm. Tickets are £13.50 per person – book early to avoid disappointment, as space is limited.
