Denbighshire County Council is carrying out a final consultation on additional plans and information received from agents acting on behalf of the company seeking planning permission to develop a foodstore on the Dobson and Crowther factory site in Llangollen, and to build a replacement printworks factory on land at Cilmedw to the north of the town.
The Council received the planning applications in January 2012, and is now likely to consider them at the July 18th Planning Committee, once comments on the latest information have been received.
The plans and documents are available for inspection at the Library in Llangollen and in the Planning Office in Caledfryn, Smithfield Road Denbigh, and can be viewed electronically on the Council’s website using the following references:

03/2012/0030 – Berwyn Works, Berwyn Street, Llangollen.
Comments are invited up to the 15th June 2012.
