A woman has been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision on the A55 in Hawarden this morning (Wednesday, 13th January).
At 10:43 North Wales Police received a report of a one vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway near to the junction for Dobshill.
The woman was reported to be trapped and the Fire and Ambulance Service were called.
She was eventually freed from the vehicle and taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital with what is believed to be minor injuries.
Recovery has been requested for the vehicle however the road is not closed.
