A further 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the disturbance in Colwyn Bay on the night of Sunday 10 April.
The men arrested on Sunday have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Police are continuing with house to house inquiries and dedicated patrols are taking place.
Chief Inspector Iestyn Davies said: “Extensive inquiries are taking place in the area and further arrests will be made as the inquiry progresses.”
A 23-year-old man, who sustained injuries during the disturbance, remains in hospital.
