Communities First Higher Shotton and the Coleg Harlech WEA are offering a range of courses for local residents. Two more new courses are starting in February. They are:
A six weeks free accredited Business Administration course, which runs Tuesday mornings, from 21 February until 27 March, from 9.30am to 12noon.
A ten weeks accredited sugarcraft course every Thursday from 23 February until 10 May, 1pm – 3pm. (The fee for the course is £48; for learners in receipt of benefits, the course is £25.)
There are also still spaces available on the free Customer Service accredited course, which runs from Wednesday 25 January to Wednesday 7 March, from 9.30am until 12noon; and on the five week Beginners Welsh course with Deeside College, which starts 28 February, 1pm – 3pm.
All courses are run at the John Summers Community Campus, Deeside.
