There will be two Societies Pavilions on the Eisteddfod Maes in Blaenau Gwent and the Heads of the Valleys, with plenty of opportunity to voice an opinion and for discussions during the week.
The two pavilions are organised by the Eisteddfod in co-operation with the National Assembly for Wales, and we are keen to ensure that they both have catchy Welsh language names.
So, we’re launching a national competition to encourage Eisteddfodwyr to think of a name for both pavilions. To enter, send your suggestion to [email protected], get in touch through facebook – www.facebook.com/eisteddfod or fill in the entry form on their website – www.eisteddfod.org.uk.
Both pavilions will hold similar events, with an opportunity to discuss, listen to a wide range of lectures and presentations, and to take part in a number of forae – and a few reunions during the week.
The closing date for suggestions is Friday 21 May. Please note that they are looking for a Welsh language name for both pavilions. Good luck!
