Police are becoming concerned for the safety and whereabouts of a 24-year-old man who has not been seen for over two months.
24-year-old David Owen Jones, who is from Fleetwood in Lancashire, was last seen by his family when they dropped him off in Bethel near Caernarfon at around 16:45hrs on Thursday, 22nd October.
He is described as being white, approx 5ft 10 inches tall and of slim build. He has green coloured eyes, long red hair and when he was last seen he had a beard.
He was last seen wearing a black John Hedley jacket, black jogging bottoms and was carrying a black rucksack.
Mr Jones is believed to be camping in the Bangor or Caernarfon areas and although he is an experienced outdoorsman and camper, who had the appropriate equipment, concern is mounting as his family have not heard from him since the 22nd October.
