Monmouthshire County Council’s Planning Committee approved the outline application today (15th November 2011) for a food store in the centre of Caldicot by a clear majority.
County Councillor Bob Greenland, Deputy Leader with cabinet responsibility for regeneration commented: “This is good news for the future prosperity of Caldicot and the council will now be progressing the selection of the developer of the site. We anticipate choosing the developer in the spring of next year”.
