Would you like to own a genuine piece of Welsh-made hand-crafted treasure? Then beat a path to the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthenshire on Saturday and Sunday August 2-3 for the Summer Craft Fair.
In the stunning surrounds of the Great Glasshouse, you’ll find a rich variety of stalls offering a captivating range of Welsh-made hand-crafted treasures providing an ideal opportunity for visitors to buy gifts for any occasion. From beautiful jewellery, ceramics and cupcakes to bird tables, welsh wool cushions, heavenly-scented hand-made soaps and more. You’ll also get to see, and smell, the mediterranean plants of the Great Glasshouse in their summer glory.
Event organiser, Linsey Perry said: “It’s wonderful to welcome local artisans to the Garden and allow them to show their products in the stunning backdrop of the Great Glasshouse”. She added: “Summer is one of the the best times to come and visit our beautiful Garden. There’s so much to enjoy – dreamy lakeside walks, Tropical House, our fascinating Victorian pharmacy, busy bee hives, restored Double Walled Garden, nature reserve and lots more”.
Also worth noting is that anyone buying a ticket to the Garden between now the end of September will be able to re-visit FREE of charge for seven days after their visit – and as many times as they like, a perfect opportunity to come back and enjoy many of the other events that we have lined up for visitors!
