Carmarthenshire’s planning committee has decided to take a look at the site of plans for 28 houses in Glanamman.
Tuesday’s meeting of the committee voted to have a site visit at Cwmamman Road where Helen Cresci has submitted an outline planning application to build homes.
The scheme would be subject to Section 106 agreements to provide community benefits and affordable housing.
