The deadline for representations on an outline planning application for the development of the key strategic site in Bodelwyddan has been extended to 21 March.
The site has been allocated in the Council’s Local Development Plan following a public inquiry and the adoption of the plan in June 2013. The outline scheme refers to 1,715 new dwellings, including affordable homes, employment development, a school, shops, hotel and new highway and landscaping infrastructure.
Anyone can comment on this application whether they have received a formal consultation or not. Comments can be made online through the application search facility, via email ([email protected]), or in writing to Planning, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh LL16 3RJ.
The application can be viewed on line on the Council’s website (www.denbighshire.gov.uk) using the on-line application search facility. Paper copies are also available at Rhuddlan and St Asaph Library and at the Planning Office in Denbigh. The plans and documents will also be on display at Bodelwyddan Community Centre, Ty Fry Lane, Bodelwyddan on Monday 3 March 10am-1:30pm and again on Friday 7 March, 2pm-7.30pm
