In the last few minutes Aldershot have agreed terms with Newport County and it now only leaves Dean to conclude personal paperwork that completes his appointment as manager of Aldershot.
A spokeman for Newport County told us:
“We thank Dean for his fantastic work at the club and he leaves us in a play off position in the Conference.”
“The work now continues onwards and upwards both on and off the field and to make the correct signings to push for a play off position.”
