Nine groups in Denbighshire have benefited from funding in the latest round of Community Chest allocations.
The funding, made available by Sports Wales through Denbighshire County Council has been allocated to the following groups for sports activities and equipment:
- Prestatyn Pop in Centre – Awarded £559
- West Meliden Residents Association – Awarded £718
- Rhyl Yacht Club – Awarded £1200
- Corwen Sharks Swimming Club – Awarded £1500
- Rhyl Ladies Netball Club – Awarded £1500
- Rhyl Cycling Club – Awarded £870
- Rhyl and St Asaph Angling Club – Awarded £1130
- Rhyl Golf Club – Awarded £1500
- Bryn Newydd Bowling Club – Awarded £416
