Denbighshire Local Planning Authority has prepared Residential Space Standards Supplementary Planning Guidance for public consultation.
The document’s primary role is to provide guidance on the standards that the council expect to be met in residential development, including minimum internal space standards, private outdoor space and compliance with Lifetime Homes.
Once the guidance has been approved by the council it will be used during the handling and determination of planning applications.
Copies of the document are available for public inspection now until until the 28 February 2010 in local libraries, One Stop Shops and council offices during normal office hours and on the council’s website at www.denbighshire.gov.uk/ldp.
