Any Denbighshire residents wishing to arrange a street party to celebrate the forthcoming Royal Wedding must submit their applications no later than 11 April.
The deadline will allow the council to consider and process all applications in time for the Big Day on 29 April.
To date, six applications have been received and are being processed for the following locations:
- Bryn Elwy, St Asaph
- Bryn Coed, St Asaph
- Plas Avenue, Prestatyn
- High Street, Prestatyn
- The Green, Meliden
- Llys Erw, Ruthin
Anyone wanting to apply for a street party should contact Richard Williams in Denbighshire County Council’s Streetworks Unit, on 01824 706958. Callers will be advised on issues such as public liability insurance and other considerations.
