The Revenues and benefits department is responsible for collecting council tax, business rates, sundry debtors and payment of housing and council tax benefit.
The service has been shortlisted for two national awards this year and was named as the best in Wales for collecting council tax, however its is looking to gather feedback from the public on how services can be improved further.
The teams want to meet with customers three or four times a year and anyone with experience of the department is welcome to have a say.
Meetings will be held in the north and south of the county, starting in September.
