The team came tops in the Excellence in Innovation Award at the Institute of Ratings, Revenues and Valuation (IRRV) National Awards at the national conference in Harrogate on 30 September.
The team, which was also one of five finalists in the overall revenue team of the year award, was up against stiff competition from the likes of Wirral, Ealing and Lambeth Councils and London Revenues Group and Bacs Payment Schemes Ltd. (Bacs)
