Monmouthshire residents can access a range of Monmouthshire County Council services via their television, thanks to an all Wales trail that the authority is taking part in.
As well as being able to find out how to access services, users can report an issue to Monmouthshire County Council such as potholes, missed rubbish collections or anti-social behaviour and use DigiTV to request a range of council services. Users can also search for a job via Job Centre Plus, or check bus and rail times.
Welsh Assembly Government Funding to each Local Authority in Wales enabled Monmouthshire to develop content for a DigiTv site. You can access the service via SKY or Virgin as follows:
