A forum is taking place this week for people wanting to get involved in disability sports in Denbighshire.
The Forum will take place at Denbigh Leisure Centre on Thursday, 7 October at 5.30pm. It will be an informal forum for anyone with a disability who wants to take part in sport and physical activity and any coaches or volunteers, parent carers or service providers who wish to be involved in disability sport.
A host of activities are also taking place across the county:
- Football sessions for adults with disabilities are now taking place at Denbigh Leisure Centre every Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm. All abilities welcome.
- Trampolining sessions for children, young people and adults with disabilities – Mondays, 5pm-7pm, Denbigh Leisure Centre, £3 per session.
- Trampolining for young people with Autism – Saturday mornings, Prestatyn Leisure Centre.
- Swimming lessons and open sessions take place at all leisure centres – for further information please contact your local Leisure Centre.
