Caerphilly Residents who regularly use their local Leisure Centre may have hundreds of loyalty reward points that they are yet to redeem for free activities.
Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Sport and Leisure Service, alongside the Youth Forum, last year launched SmartRewards, giving SmartCard holders the chance to gain points every time they get active in their local Leisure Centre.
Many SmartCard holders still have not redeemed their loyalty points, which can be used for FREE swim, gym or fitness class sessions, sports hall or squash court bookings, or one month FREE membership.
Cllr Dave Poole, Cabinet Member for Community and Leisure Services, commented, “We launched SmartRewards as a great incentive to encourage more people to get more active, more often. While we have seen a 9% increase in adults visiting our Leisure Centres this year compared to previous years, lots of people still haven’t redeemed their free activities that they have earned by being loyal customers. I would urge all SmartCard holders to register online to view their points total and start claiming their freebies.”
