Denbighshire County Council has said: “Denbighshire County Council wishes to remind residents that recycling and refuse services will be provided as normal over the Easter weekend.
“All household collections of refuse, recycling, food waste and garden waste (where provided) will take place as normal on Good Friday as will collections of pink sacks. Similarly, all collections due on Easter Monday will also take place as normal. Residents are reminded that all waste receptacles need to be placed at the usual collection point at the kerbside by 7am.
“Additionally, the county’s three Recycling Parks (at Colomendy Industrial Estate, Denbigh; Marsh Road Rhyl and Lon Parcwr, Ruthin) will open as normal throughout the Easter holiday period. Please remember to have all your recycling pre-sorted to make sure your visit is as quick and convenient as possible.
“The Saturday recycling service will be at the Highways Depot in Corwen between 9am and 11am as normal, with the Llangollen garden waste collection taking place at the Pavilion car-park at the same time.”
They added:
“The Council wishes all residents a very happy Easter holiday and reminds everyone that all the packaging from your chocolate eggs (cardboard, aluminium foil or rigid plastic) can be recycled using your blue bin or recycling sacks.”
