One person has died and two others have received minor injuries following a road traffic collision in Penygroes this evening (Wednesday, 2nd December).
North Wales Police received a report shortly before 4:30pm of a four vehicle collision on the A487 in Penygroes.
The Ambulance Service was called but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road is currently closed and diversions are in place.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact officers at the Western Roads Policing Unit on 101, or 0845 607 1001 (Welsh line) or 0845 607 1002 (English line).
