One person has died following a fire at a house in St Asaph during the early hours of this morning (Monday, 28th June).
Emergency Services were called to the property in Llwyn Elwy at 02:37.
Two fire crews from Rhyl, one from St Asaph and one from Abergele attended the scene following reports of a serious fire.
The fire was extinguished however a body was discovered inside the property.
The cause of the fire is not yet known and is being investigated jointly by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police.
