If you’ve ever wanted to trace your family history online, there’s a great chance as Denbighshire Library Service arranges special sessions to mark Adult Learners’ Week, May 15-21.
All county libraries will be hosting a session on using Ancestry.com, a site you can use for free at all Denbighshire libraries.
The four large libraries – Denbigh, Prestatyn, Rhyl and Ruthin – will also be highlighting the online newspapers and encyclopaedias available, including, Newsbank. Encyclopaedia Britannica and Oxford Reference Online. These can be used at all libraries, or through the library website in your own home if you’re a library member and have a pin code.
