Are you a first-time home buyer?
First-time buyers within Pembrokeshire who purchased their property after 27th June 2007, may be entitled to an Energy Efficiency Grant up to a maximum of £5000.
The type of grant aided work includes:
- Roof Insulation
- Cavity Wall Insulation
- More efficient heating Systems/Boiler installations and Controls
- Solid Wall Insulation Systems
- Draught Proofing
- Plus other types of work
There is limited funding available until 31st March 2010, and it will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Those who have purchased their property under the Right to Buy, Preserved Right to Buy or Right to Acquire schemes will not be eligible for assistance.
Owners of newly-built properties are also not eligible for assistance.
