It’s all ‘lights, camera and action’ for Flintshire’s community groups!
Professional film maker Chris Oakley and musician Steve Allan Jones will be working with community organisations to produce original films to be screened at Clwyd Theatr Cymru this November.
Funded by Flintshire County Council’s Directorate of Lifelong Learning and the Arts Council of Wales, the Filmblast project promises to bring a flavour of ‘Hollywood’ to Flintshire communities.
Councillor Nigel Steele-Mortimer, Executive Member for Education at Flintshire County Council, said:
“Flintshire is delighted to be giving quality opportunities for Flintshire community organisations to work alongside professional film makers and musicians.”
