A series of framed poems relating to Barry and its links with the Merchant Navy have been presented to Vale of Glamorgan Mayor Cllr Emlyn Williams.
To be displayed along with similar material at the Town Hall (Barry), the poems have been written by members of the Barry branch of the association.
The Merchant Navy Association (Wales) was granted the Freedom of the County Borough of the Vale of Glamorgan in 2005.
