Ebbw Vale Inspector Tony Green is offering to buy a tea or coffee for anyone who chats to him in the town’s Tesco store on Tuesday (30th November).
Insp Green, who is in charge of Ebbw Vale Neighbourhood Policing Team, is eager to hear what issues people in the town would like to see addressed.
He will be in Ebbw Vale Tesco’s store café from 3pm until 5pm on Tuesday to introduce himself and chat to local people.
Anyone who sits down for a chat with him will receive a free hot beverage and a biscuit!
Insp Green said: “Neighbourhood Policing is all about listening to what the public have to say and responding to their needs, so this is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has an issue to come and speak to me directly in a relaxed environment.”
