Gwent police would like to trace this man after fuel was stolen from Morrisons in Caerphilly.
It happened on Wednesday 7th May when fuel was put into a white van and the driver failed to pay.
The van had a false number plate, AF14 MXO, which was stolen from another car on Monday 5th May.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Gwent Police on 101 quoting log number 140 07/05/14 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
