Junior members of the Rhondda Fach Netball Club were delighted when two members of the Celtic Dragons coached them at a Netball Fun Day, held at Rhondda Fach Sports Centre, Tylorstown.
The Celtic Dragons are the only Welsh team playing in the Co-operative Netball Super League. Players Stephanie and Sammy-Jo Williams put the Rhondda Juniors through their paces, in a day packed with fun activities which focussed on developing netball skills.The Dragons donated a t-shirt and a signed netball as prizes on the day.
The Rhondda Fach club currently have five junior teams, ranging from Under 10s to Under 14s playing in the Glamorgan Valleys Junior League, in addition to two adult teams playing in the A470 League.
