Glamorgan Archives has launched a brand new online catalogue, making it easy for people to access details of records at the touch of a button.
Canfod, the Glamorgan Archives online catalogue, contains over 163,000 entries detailing the holdings of Glamorgan Archives, which span over 800 years of Glamorgan history.

The material described in Canfod is available to view in the public searchroom at Glamorgan Archives in Leckwith, Cardiff.
Cabinet Member for Sport, Culture and Leisure, Cllr Huw Thomas, said:” The catalogue will help a whole new audience to access the range of documents held at Glamorgan Archives.
“A simple click of the button can open up a whole host of history for users of the service and will provide a vital tool for those undertaking research, whether it be for their family tree or university work.”
