Lee Williams, a second year marketing student at the Glamorgan Business School, has landed a dream work placement with Microsoft after turning down a number of other high profile offers.
During the coming year, Lee will be looking at a variety of existing projects as part of a dedicated year out work placement with the Microsoft Corporation.
Before returning to the University of Glamorgan to finish his final year of a BA (Hons) Marketing degree, Lee will be using his year on placement to gain practical experience and employability skills.
This placement follows two years of study at Glamorgan where Lee has excelled in all areas of his course. During his time at the Glamorgan Business School Lee has scooped a number of awards including, best overall performance on his course and best marketing assignment.
