The popular Gnoll Country Park in Neath now boasts a new improved nine hole golf course thanks to funding from the Ryder Cup Wales Legacy Fund.
The well designed public course is set amongst the stunning scenery of the park which is known as one of the top tourist attractions in South Wales.
It will be a major feature at the Park with five new greens on a course that has been redesigned and renovated to make it even more enjoyable and more suitable for beginners and social golfers.
The average hole on the new course is just less than 130 yards long and will give everybody a fair test that they will really enjoy.
The new look facility also means that ambitious plans can go ahead to develop junior golf in the park by linking in with local schools and clubs.
Entry to the Park is free and the course will offer excellent facilities for families and sporting enthusiasts to enjoy a very popular sport in Wales.
The course is open 10am to 6.30pm on weekdays and 8am to 6.30pm on weekends and school holidays.
To make a booking ring the Park on 01639 635808. The cost is £4.40 for adults and £2.30 for children and concessionary rates.
