The car had been involved in a one vehicle collision on 12th February on the Old Monmouth Road to the rear of the northbound Raglan Services. The 18 year old female driver sustained minor injuries as a result, and received treatment at Nevill Hall Hospital.
Since then the car remained in situ awaiting recovery. It was still in place in a grassy area to the side of the road on Sunday 16th February but has since been removed. This was not done by the owner, appointed recovery agent or local authority.
