Pembrokeshire County Council Leader, John Davies, gets his blood pressure tested after opening the Older People’s Day held at Haverfordwest leisure centre on Thursday.
A free health check was just one of the many sessions on offer to the over 50s at the event supported by the Pembrokeshire 50+ Forum and the Keep Well This Winter partnership.
Carrying out the test is fitness instructor Avron Moulston. With them is Mrs Beryl Thomas-Cleaver (Chairman of the Pembrokeshire 50+ Forum); Pembrokehsire’s Older People’s Champion, County Councillor David Wildman and Ann Edmunds (the County Council’s Older People Staregy Co-ordinator).
