Alexandra Community Primary School will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary in June, and the school is calling on former pupils, teachers and members of the public to help them mark this historic occasion.
The school is planning a number of events to take place throughout June, and they are keen to use any old photographs, artefacts’ from the school as well as hearing any recollections local people and ex-pupils may have.
Highlights will include a performance day at the end of June when the children will take a journey through the last 100 years of the school’s life. More information about forthcoming events will be posted on the school’s website at www.alexcp.co.uk
