The Aberystwyth RNLI lifeboat station will be holding its annual Open Day on Saturday 24 July from 10.00am until 6.00pm.
There will be static displays from other members of the emergency services, and the opportunity to see the lifeboat and its rescue equipment, and meet the crew.
Rescue demonstrations by the lifeboat and RNLI lifeguards will take place during the day, lifeboat souvenirs for sale, a barbeque, bouncy castle and face painting.
The day will culminate in a number of people taking part in a sponsored “fire walk” across a bed of hot coals in aid of the RNLI.
