Indecent Exposure in Cathays – Appeal for Information

South Wales PolicePolice are appealing for witnesses to an indecent exposure which happened in Cathays, Cardiff.

At around 10.20pm on Monday, April 7, a man exposed himself to a 20-year-old woman in the lane between Park Place and Cathays Railway Station.

He continued walking on the direction of the students’ union building.

He is described as being olive skinned, aged in his late 20 to 30s, and approximately 5ft 7ins tall.

He was wearing a black beanie hat, beige trousers and a dark zip up jacket.

There were a number of people in the area and anyone who saw this man, or has any other information, is asked to contact South Wales Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting occurrence number 1400118517.
