This, combined with my background in life sciences gives me an unusually valuable skill set.
“I’m excited and absolutely delighted about being president. During my year I want to support entrepreneurship and encourage more involvement from members where possible. I run the corporate finance events for the local society which are very popular and very well attended. During my year I also want to ensure we provide a relevant and valuable service to members.”
