The fab Mab Jones and her crew at Jam Bones are organising another ‘Manic Monday’ at the Promised Land on 7th of June. They told us:
“The headliner for our next spoken word and performance poetry event is Alan Wolfson, multiple-poetry slam winner and winner of not just one, but two, Sony Radio Awards. Alan is originally from Cardiff, and he will be celebrating his 60th birthday on June 8th, the day after the show!
“So, come and see Alan in what will undoubtedly be a real wow-dinger of a performance – this is a man renowned on the UK scene for his verbal verbosity and sure-fire wit, a racy raconteur who is in high demand on the UK spoken word scene – we’re sure his birthday homecoming performance is going to be something pretty spectacular!!”
