The Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile is back and it’s coming to Newport.
The town is set to host its second Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile on Sunday 25 March and needs local people to get involved.
As one of the UK’s biggest fundraising events, Sport Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, raise money and change lives.
Over 350 people in Newport took part in the last Sport Relief Mile and this year looks set to be even bigger and better.
Entrants can choose to complete one, three or six mile routes depending on ability, setting off from the Newport Stadium and taking in the sights of the city.
All the money raised will help to change the lives of people living in poverty in the UK and aboard.
