JOURNEYS is Wales’s depression charity, pioneering new approaches to a debilitating condition the effects of which will I’m sure have touched many of you.
As part of the never-ending effort to fund their work Journeys’ director Tim Watkins and friends of the charity are pedalling 55 miles on the Taff Trail from Brecon to Cardiff on September 5.
